My Evidence Based Approaches
I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. By drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and more, I ensure that we use the most effective methods to foster growth, healing, and long-lasting change. My focus is always on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered to work through challenges at your own pace.

My Values
Regardless of who I work with, these values remain at the core of my practice, guiding every interaction and approach to therapy.

Freedom
This is your life, and you deserve to make choices that feel right for you. My job isn’t to tell you what to do or to unduly influence your path, but to support you in making empowered decisions that align with your personal values, desires, and well-being.

Empathy
Deep, genuine understanding is at the heart of my approach. Clients deserve to feel heard and validated in a space where they can process their emotions without fear of dismissal or minimization.

Curiosity
Together, we’ll explore the “why” behind your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. The better you understand yourself, the more power you have to create change.

Professional & Personal Growth
I believe in doing my own work too. I engage in my own therapy, am an avid reader of books on psychology, therapeutic approaches, etc. and pursue ongoing education to provide the best possible care.

Direction
Therapy isn’t just about talking; it’s about tangible change. I offer practical tools, exercises, book recommendations, and other resources to help clients move forward with clarity and purpose.

Safety
Everyone’s sense of safety looks different. I work hard to understand what helps you feel secure so that I can be a safe therapist who you can truly open up with.
